Make Quick and Easy, Delicious Chicken Enchiladas with Keystone Meats
When it comes to making dinner, I want it to be as quick, easy and as possible. What Mom doesn't? I cook plenty of meals where I use chicken, but I don't always have the time to cook it. Thankfully, I have discovered Keystone Meats. Keystone makes it simple to prepare a delicious, fast, nutritious meal that everyone will love.

My family loves my homemade chicken enchiladas. My delicious recipe is below. (It is actually a family recipe. My mom started making them, and then my sisters and I made the recipe unique by adding different types of our favorite ingredients.)
Two cans of Keystone All Natural Chicken (drained)
*one 16 oz tub sour cream
*two cans cream of chicken soup
*sliced olives (1/2 large can)
*2 green onions, chopped
*Shredded Cheddar Cheese (as much as you want)
*Flour tortillas (8-10 smaller ones)
*medium can red enchilada sauce
*One small tomato, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 and bake 30 minutes
In a large glass bowl, I combine the soups, Keystone chicken (make sure you shred it really well with a fork), sour cream, about two cups shredded cheese, salt, garlic powder. I mix it all really well, and then spoon about a half cup of the mixture into the flour tortillas, and line them up in the glass baking dish. (Make sure you spray the baking dish with a light spray of oil.)
After you have filled all of the tortillas, pour enchilada sauce over them. Layer shredded cheese across the top, garnish with olives, tomatoe and green onions. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
