Sneaky Treats to Replace Holiday Sweets
During this busy Christmas season, keeping kids fueled through long shopping trips and traffic jams to grandma and grandpa’s house can be seemingly impossible. Amped~ Made of: APPLES, STRAWBERRIES, CHERRIES, CHIA & PURPLE CARROT. Chia seeds provide antioxidants and omega-3 to keep your eyes and brain sharp.
Pomegranate Grape Crush (plus protien) ~ Made of: GRAPE, POMEGRANATE, COCONUT, APPLE, BANANA AND PURPLE CARROT. Pomegranates contain vitamin C to help fight colds and flus.

I received samples of Slammers Snacks to review. I know that they are targeted for kids, but I absolutely love them! My favorite flavors are definitely the Awesome, as well as the Pomegranate Grape Crush.
They are perfect for packing in school lunches, or for a school (or after school snack.) I am always carrying a few Slammers around in my purse or church bag for a quick, convenient snack when I don't have time to eat.
I handed out samples of Slammers Snacks to a few of my close family members to try out:
- My pre-diabetic father thinks Slammers are perfect to keep his blood sugar at a safe level, plus to help him get his daily fruit servings.
- My daughter, Kendallyn, gave a few Slammers out to her Sunday School class of 8 year- olds. The children enjoyed them without getting all hyped out like they do on sugary treats.
- My daughter-in-law, Cassidy, is 8 months pregnant and enjoys the Slammer Snacks that have added protein. Her doctor told her that she needs more protein in her diet. Plus , Slammers snacks help to give Cass something tasty and light to help conquer her nausea.
- I am secretly in love with the Awesome flavor. It tastes like banana baby food, and I am completely obsessed. I could honestly live on these for the rest of my life and eat nothing else. I was sad when I ran out and cannot wait to go out and buy some more.
