Dr. Hauschka Partners With Community Food Banks To Introduce Its New Loyalty Program "The Giving Garden"
Inspired by its global vision of Cultivating a Culture of Care, Dr. Hauschka launches a new loyalty program, The Giving Garden. Centered around the garden of giving concept, as members earn points on the program, Dr. Hauschka will donate fresh produce to local food banks who serve neighbors in need. This format connects the brand and its patrons through the like-minded values of supporting programs that reward and give back in the process.
To kickoff this program, Dr. Hauschka partnered with The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, which serves more than 8.9 million meals to those at risk of hunger and in need of food assistance each year. The Food Bank serves 40% of fresh fruits and vegetables and Dr. Hauschka will make quarterly donations to ensure that fresh produce is available to those in need. The brand will be taking this program around the country and partnering with multiple food banks nationally as the program grows.
To support the launch, The Giving Garden will also consist of a loyalty program for new and returning Dr. Hauschka.com consumers. The three-member tiers will be The Potter, The Beekeeper and The Master Gardener; each tier offering members perks such as holiday exclusives, birthday gifts, early access and more. New Dr. Hauschka customers are able to opt-in to this loyalty program simply with their email.
Additionally, every purchase made at each tier level will result in meals donated to The Food Bank. Each purchase made by a Potter provides three meals; each purchase by a Beekeeper is six meals; and each purchase by a Master Gardener will provide nine meals.
Members will be able to grow their gardens through different levels of brand awareness – Seed, Show and Share. Members can "Seed" their garden by shopping Dr. Hauschka products online and earning points for each purchase. Points are also earned when Consumers "Show" off their favorite garden greats on social media, and "Share" their garden by referring friends and family to discover a new skincare ritual with Dr. Hauschka.
