Be A Role Model
One of the best things you can do as a mother is to be a role model for your child. Behave in the way you want them to behave, show them that hard work is something to be proud of, and let them know you are not perfect but that you are trying. It also means that you should relax when you can and take time out to do so. Take a long, bubble bath, light some candles, have a spa day, go for a walk, read a book, or listen to music – do what makes you happy and keeps you feeling good, and you can be a better, calmer mom.
