My Experience: I watched Cowgirls ‘n Angels 2: Dakota’s Summer on our family movie night. It is a sweet story about a young girl named Dakota ( a rodeo champion) who feels betrayed when she finds out she is adopted. She goes to her Grandparent’s house for the summer to think things over. She has to deal with mean girls and to learn the lesson of what is truly important in life. Dakota finds inner strength as she sorts through her problems while getting ready to perform in her final rodeo competition. It is a great story of endurance, finding one’s self and young love. Perfect and wholesome family entertainment which we all enjoyed, especially my teenage girls because they love horses, romance and the cute guy who plays Dakota’s love interest in the film.
