The weather has been insane where I live in Estacada, Oregon. We are seeing snow, freezing rain and frigid temperatures. My son has only been in school 3 times during the month of January due to the weather and snow days. Today was our 9th snow day. After this many days being home bound, my little boy is definitely getting restless and bored.
Now, I would normally be pushing my child to go outside and play, but it is way too cold outside. I’d be delighted if he would play a board game, or even play with some of his Christmas gifts, such as his new hoverboard…..but even that gets old. So, what other options are available for a bored little boy?
Yep! Video games! While I try and limit my son’s time on electronics, I practically jumped for joy when my copy of Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 arrived in the mail.
