This book teaches you how to prepare fresh whole foods from scratch. I loved this book, because it helped me to learn how to create meals that my very picky four-year old loves. I just never even realized all of the possibilities of simple recipes that I could create for my little boy right out of my own cupboard. So many ideas! This book has it all for the health concious parent, who wishes for the best start for your little one.
