When I get hungry for a satisfying snack, I usually want something crunchy, like potato chips. Of course potato chips are nothing but empty calories. I recently discovered bare toasted coconut chips and I am in absolute heaven! I really love coconut and now I can indulge in this delicious low-calorie and high energy snack without feeling the least bit of guilt.
