Everyone should love their smile — after all, a healthy mouth is a gateway to a healthier you. Every day, researchers are finding more links between oral health, inflammation and diseases that affect the whole body.
A few simple changes in your routine may just help prevent pain and disease. Boka wants to make brushing up your oral care routine easy and fun.
Boka is a oral-care subscription box that sends all-natural dental products right to your home– for adults and kids. Customers receive a Binchotan charcoal toothbrush, beeswax floss and all-natural toothpaste.
You simply go to their website, choose a kit and they will send your oral care products every three months. (Which makes sense, since it is recommended that you get a new toothbrush every three months.)
Boka believes believe in going back to the basics. You won’t find unnecessary gimmicks with them. Their toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste are made with high-quality materials that are proven to deliver a comfortable, effective cleaning at a price point almost anyone can afford.
I got the chance to try out some Boka products. I received a toothbrush which is made with Binchotan activated charcoal bristles. They naturally help prevent bacteria from growing on your toothbrush.
The delightfully minty toothpaste is made with natural ingredients & essential oils such as peppermint and mint. I love the taste!
The Boka floss is wrapped in natural beeswax, and glides smoothly between the teeth for a perfectly clean mouth.
And then there is the Cocorinse. I have never used anything like it! It is 100% organic, and made from cold pressed coconut, peppermint, and spearmint oils. You simply warm up the little packet by kneading it in your hands before you open it, and then you swish it around in your mouth for 10-20 minutes. I find that hard to do, but that is what the instructions on the packet say. It is supposed to whiten your teeth and freshen your breath. I usually just swish it around in my mouth for about one minute before rinsing, and then I brush my teeth.
