I usually get frustrated with using food storage containers when I am trying to store leftovers in the refrigerator. I don’t have enough patience to find lids to my mismatching Tupperware (that I inherited from my mother-in-law) so after a few cuss words, I grab the nearest roll of tin foil or plastic wrap and hastily wrap it onto the container. (Even though I know that this method does not keep my leftovers very fresh.) Even when I do, by some miracle, locate a fitting lid to one of my storage containers, I find that I can never seem to get the lid on very easily. I get more frustrated and I simply give up. I have thrown more odd fitting lids in the trash than I can even count!
