I was given the chance to review some of Hikari’s fabulous cosmetics. I couldn’t be happier with my selection!
I was in the market for high pigmented eye shadow. Have you ever bought a pretty palette only to find out after you get it home that it doesn’t look the same on your eyelids as it does in the package? I was curious to see if my Hikari eye shadow colors would look as vivid on my skin as they did in the palette. Hikari has several gorgeous eye shadow quads in perfectly complimentary colors.

These beautiful eye shadow quads have the colors that work perfectly for me. I am very impressed with the highly pigmented shades that stay true all day after I apply them. I am having so much fun with all of the looks I have been able to achieve using these pretty combination of colors. I am able to go for a natural, neutral look for day, and then go bolder for night looks.
In the photo below, I am wearing a brown shade on my lids from the Amber palette (above) and on the outer corners, I applied a dark grey from the Gwen palette. I love this look for myself.
I am a huge fan of lip color as well. There’s nothing I love more than to play up my lips and make them look fuller and sexier. I am blessed with naturally plumper lips, so adding a pop of color is always fun. My favorite shades range between a soft shimmery nude to a caramel brown, to a bright festive pink!
I was sent a few of Hikari’s best selling lip formulas to try out. In the photo above, I am wearing Hikari’s lovely long lasting Merlot lip gloss. It is a dense, beautiful color that looks amazing with just one application.
For a flawless complexion, I use a primer before I apply my foundation. I was in the market for a new favorite primer, and Hikari’s primer smooths and perfects my skin, while the unique formula supports natural collagen and fills in fine lines and pores for a flawless finish. I love it! As you can see in my photo (above) my skin really does look dewey, young and blemish-free.
Hikari Cosmetics go above and beyond my expectations for high quality makeup. And as excellent as Hikari’s products are, they are completely affordable! I was shocked at how low their prices are!
