My thoughts: I have tried many different types of diet supplements over the years, and most of them made me feel very weird and jittery. The first thing that I noticed was that my appetite had truly decreased. I lost all of my cravings for soda, which is something I never imagined could happen to me. (I uses to drink at least three cans of Pepsi or Coke every day!) Now all I crave is water to drink. I also no longer crave sweets and I hardly even snack anymore. I take one capsule before each meal, (two times per day.) I eat less at each meal and never wish for seconds.
