While my skin is still a bit damp, I spray this amazing mist all over my forehead, neck and chest area (avoiding my eye area, of course) to seal the moisture into my skin. I love the minty-fresh tingle! I also use this mist on flaky areas on my scalp. It works perfectly to reduce the dryness and make those embarrassing flakes vanish quickly when I do not have time to shampoo.
Right after my skin absorbs the Icy Blue Mist, I liberally apply Phyto-C’s Icy Blue serum all over my face neck and chest areas as well. (Again, I love the minty cool fresh feeling.) It absorbs so nicely and I really love how radiant and youthful it leaves my skin!
