I have always loved Krusteaz mixes for quick and delicious desserts and baked goods. One of my very favorites is their lemon bar mix. It makes the most amazing lemon bars! In preparation for holiday baking, Krusteaz sent me their Holiday Baking Set which includes my beloved Lemon Bar mix, Honey Cornbread Mix, Molten Deep Dish Sugar Cookie Mix, Sugar Cookie Mix, Pancake Mix, Crumb Cake Mix and Catherine McCord’s Weelicious Fast, Fresh and Easy Recipe Cookbook. I am not much of a cook, so this is the perfect cookbook to give me quick and easy recipe ideas.
We enjoyed some yummy Krusteaz pancakes on Christmas morning, as well as the delightful Crumb Cake that I brought for Christmas brunch. That was certainly a hit!
Since I am personally not very creative in the kitchen, these Krusteaz mixes have been very helpful and I have been able to bake up some very yummy treats for my friends, neighbors and family this holiday season. My little boy, Braxton absolutely loves to help me in the kitchen and my daughters really enjoy spending time baking as well.
The Weelicious Cookbook is full of ideas that include using Krusteaz baking mixes in your recipes. I cannot wait to try out many of these mouthwatering recipes in the New Year and see how my family enjoys them. I have not had much time on my hands to do much this holiday season, but I am all geared up thanks to Krusteaz!
