Energy drinks are frequently misconstrued as dangerous and unhealthy due to ingredients such as taurine. However, taurine is a naturally occurring amino acid found in common foods, such as shellfish and dark meat, that is also present in many workout supplements and baby foods. With no known side effects when taken in regulated doses, taurine can even improve athletic performance and decrease the risk of disease.
Monster Energy drinks contain taurine, caffeine, and a combination of other natural ingredients that help to give much needed energy to folks who can use a boost in their daily (or nightly) performance. In fact, Monster Energy drinks played a huge role in the productivity of my husband’s recent job! My husband, (who is a sheet metal general foreman) pulled an all-nighter last Friday night!
He and his crew had to work all night long installing the heating/ ventilation duct work in a fast food restaurant before it opened the next morning. They were working in a tight time-frame, and had to stay until the job was done.
