Summer is here! I want to make sure I have everything covered for our family adventures! Our new little girl loves getting out and exploring with us and having all the right gear makes the trip (and the family) much more comfortable and at ease. One of the essentials I always have are sunglasses and I wanted to make sure that our little girl had just the right pair, too!

Babies and kids can never keep track of their own things of course and I knew that traditional glasses would definitely just fall off our little one, so I wanted something smarter.
I came across BANZ and loved their design. Their velcro back on attached to the glasses keep them where they’re meant to be, covering babies eyes! The back strap is super soft and comfortable and adjusting so I know she will be able to wear these glasses for a long, long time (up to 2 years old!) They are also safe for baby’s eyes of course, offering UVA and UVB radiation protection. The glasses themselves are very durable and fitted for baby but are also flexible so they are more comfortable for that soft baby skin.
We tried out our baby BANZ at the Oregon Coast this past weekend, we happened to go on the most gorgeous day! Rey is wearing the Retro Banz (because how stylish are these?!?) One thing to note, is that our little girl is in the lower percentile for head size, so these glasses were perfect to adjust the back so they fit, however as she grows, these will just fit better and better. Sometimes babies get annoyed with things but she absolutely didn’t mind wearing these and I think that’s just because they are ultra comfortable!
I should also mention that the BANZ come with a carrying/cleaning case which is great and will keep them in great condition when they go in our beach bag.
I can’t wait for Rey to wear these this Summer on Grandpa’s boat of lounging by the pool and I’m grateful to BANZ for offering good eye protection that gives me the extra reassurance that I need and keeps our baby girl comfortable.
