Apothederm® is definitely one of my favorite skin care lines. I was excited to get the chance to review their new Nourishing Serum. It contains copper. I had never thought of copper as being good for our skin, but it definitely makes sense. (Read below)
With exposure to the elements, shiny metal copper develops a pale green patina that protects the copper below the surface from further corrosion and oxidation. While copper peptides won’t turn skin green, they do have a similar effect on the skin, protecting it from oxidative stress and free radical damage.

My Experience: I apply Apothederm® Nourishing Serum after cleansing at night, before I apply my face creams or other treatments. I allow it to fully absorb. After using it for about a week, I have noticed that my skin is firmer and looks radiant. It has a fresh feel to it, as if it is renewed. My skin also feels more hydrated than usual. I love it.
