My kids will go back to school next week. Jonathan will be a Junior. Kendallyn will be a Freshman, and Myelie will be in 7th grade. Of course, we are NOT prepared:( No school supplies nor any school clothing has been purchased. (Not by choice, however, just due to non-existent back-to-school funds.)
Not only are we NOT prepare with clothing and supplies, I have to get my two oldest registered and that will cost 45 bucks per kid! Holy crap!
On the bright side, my oldet son is happy doing his music and courting his girlfriend who just returned from a month long stint in Italy. Kendallyn is happy and busy doing her cheerleading. (daily doubles this week.)
Myelie, who is twelve is anxious to get back to school, due to the fact that her summer hasn’t been tooo much fun…….we didn’t get to go anywhere major this summer, which was a bummer! Again, not by choice! If we had the choice, we would have been in Hawaii, DisneyWorld and the Wolf Logde. Hmmmm, maybe next year!
My youngest, Braxton always seems to have fun, no matter what. He is turning four on September 14th! Braxton just loves life and has fun every day. His latest is riding his bicycle with his Daddy in Grandma’s cul-de-sac. He does use training wheels, but is getting more confident each day.
Braxton is also throwing less tantrums nowadays. He has discovered that hitting his head on the floor does hurt and doesn’t get him what he wants. He is actually also sitting and staying in his Sunday School class so Mommy and Daddy can go to their classes……yay!!!!!!!
