My hair was getting pretty dried out this winter, especially from the frigid temperatures as well as the fact that I have highlighted, damaged hair. After using TIGI Elasticate Hair Care, my hair feels luxurious, and perfectly moisturized. I love running my fingers through it because it is so amazingly soft, and I have noticed that it is much stronger when I put it in a ponytail…it has much less breakage. It looks ravishingly healthy!
