Did you know that September was National Breakfast Month? Although I appreciate the sentiment, I do not need a holiday to celebrate my favorite meal of the day! In my house, we have “Breakfast Night” every Wednesday. We kind of got started on this new tradition with a little help from Krusteaz. Breakfast Night gives my family a chance to spend some quality time together where we enjoy a meal that is easy, familiar and delicious.

In a recent survey, Krusteaz found that 90% of Americans say they eat breakfast for dinner, with more than half (53%) of people enjoying breakfast night dinners once a month or more, and nearly a quarter eating breakfast for dinner once a week. (Sounds like my family.)
Survey results indicate that breakfast for dinner is also a family favorite, and 30% of families make Breakfast Night a weekly occurrence and 67% of those who eat breakfast for dinner and have kids in the household indicate that for more than 2/3 of families with kids (67%) said that breakfast night is their absolute favorite!
