Our Experience: We love this liner! It glides on perfectly smoothly without snagging or catching on the skin. It looks bold and dramatic. The color does not smear, fade or come off when our eyes water in this allergy season.
Myelie likes to use it to line her upper lash line. She loves the way it looks. She has contact lenses and this is one of the only eyeliners that does not irritate her eyes.
I use it on my upper and lower lash lines. I love how it stays in place and doesn’t rub off when I have teary, allergy eyes. It stays looking fresh and bold all day long and then is easy to remove with my regular eye makeup remover.
