Do you ever give a gift to your child’s new teacher at the beginning of the school year? Good teachers who give their all to their students deserve to be recognized with a little gift now and then.
If you are looking for the perfect gift- something inexpensive, yet thoughtful, and something they will appreciate- Coo Moo Jams is a wonderful gift idea!
This year, I am giving my son’s new teacher a set of Coo Moo Jams– 2 For $25 Pack.
From the first look at the adorable, eye-catching mascot on the label (Gracie – a Highland Coo cow that loves jam!) that welcomes you as you pop open the all-natural jams made with fresh fruit, you know you’re in for a special treat.
Julie Deck (Founder of Coo Moo Jams) works with a woman-owned commercial kitchen in Petaluma to produce her jams and imports specific ingredients from a woman-owned farm in Nepal. Their 2 For $25 Pack is the perfect gift to give to teachers, or to bring to a gift exchange. It comes neatly packaged with an adorable wooden spoon as well! Coo Moo Jams is like all of us – a little bit sweet and a touch spicy.
It’s not too early to be thinking about your holiday shopping, either! Bring some levity to the table with Gracie’s cute face adorning your spread and make it your jam this holiday!
I was sent a cute a set of Coo Moo Jams to review. My gift set included a jar of Apricot Habanero jam and a jar of Triple Berry Moogarita jam. I absolutely love the flavors!
The Apricot Habanero jam has a special sweetness and a spicy zing! It pairs perfectly with cream cheese on crackers or toast. I love it on top of my bagels (on top of the cream cheese!) It is rather spicy, but oh, so good! I have read that this jam is can be used to delightfully turn bacon into habanero candied bacon. It fits right into all your favorite recipes! I cannot not wait to get creative with it!
The Triple Berry Moogarita jam is divine! If you love Berties and Margitas you will love this Jam! Made with Raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry or Strawberry along the wonderful tartness of lime juice and tequila and a lovely finish of Orange Oil. There is also a touch of Hatch Chili Peppers, Chipotle and Jalapeño Peppers! This jam is delicious without being over-the-top spicy. I love it on top of my bagels and cream cheese, and on toast with butter. It is soooo good!
