I was sent a package of Hemp Hearts to try out, and I found that I really was impressed with the nutty taste. I just started eating them right out of the bag as a snack.
I brought my package of Hemp Hearts over to my parent's house to let my health-concious Dad have a taste of them, and now he is hooked. He sprinkles them in his oatmeal every morning and he has reported that he feels a great boost of energy each day that he eats his Hemp Hearts. So, of course, I let my sweet Daddy finish what was left of my package. He really loves them.
