My thoughts: I was sent samples of Flo Fusion On-the-Go in Berry and Orange. I was honestly a little afraid to try this product because I thought it would be hard to gag down. (I have tried many different types of diet and fat burning drink mixes and could never follow through because of the taste.) I mixed a packet of the berry flavor into my bottled water and took a sip. To my absolute delight, it was very delicious tasting and did not have any kind of a bad after taste. The orange is wonderful, too!
I kept drinking my Flo Fusion On-the-Go all throughout the duration of my workout. I found that it gave me the stamina I needed to walk on the eliptical or ride the exercise bike for an hour. I even felt like I could have gone longer! I had plenty of energy to spare without any jitters or unnatural feelings.
Another thing I noticed is that I was able to get to sleep just fine the night of my workout, even when I drink Flo Fusion and exercise later in the day! (Usually these types of supplemental workout drinks are too stimulating and I stay awake all night after drinking one.) The best part of all is that I have lost five pounds in two weeks!
