Whether you are going to school, or if you are a mom who must drive your child to school, it is important to have quick beauty fixes on hand so that you can look your best in a jiffy on those insanely busy mornings. I, myself am not a morning person. I really value my sleep and will do anything to get those extra few winks, but I am also one who will never leave the house without putting forth some effort to look like I am not a zombie freak.
That being said, I thought I’d share my 4 best instant beauty fixes that will help you to get out the door faster without looking like you just rolled out of bed……even if you just did.
Frizzy morning hair: Simply brush out that tangled rat’s nest and then spray on a light coating of Sun Bum Beach Formula Shine On. This miracle spray is the best at not only for mending and repairing split ends but also in conditioning with Coconut and Avocado oils. Your hair, even unwashed will look sleek, shiny and pretty. It will also smell like a tropical beach, and that alone should put a little spring in your step!
Oily, shiny skin: I always wake up with my face looking like an oil slick. I hate it. So, after washing my face or quickly splashing water on it when I am in a hurry, I use Lumene Bright Now Blur. It is the best product ever for minimizing the appearance of pores and making skin matte – with added Vitamin C for brightening! I use it every single day with a little bronzer on top of that for color and I look much younger and very fresh faced!
Dull, bleh skin: Smashbox’s LA Lights is the best multitasker – use it as a blush, lip stain or just to give color to your face! I use it on the apples of my cheeks, as a lip stain AND a touch of it on my eyelids, and I look alive! Such a pretty pop of color! I am so happy that I discovered this handy product. It is a beauty lifesaver!
Dry, spotty skin: If I wake up hating my wrinkles and fine lines, I grab my Lumene Complete Rewind Visible Wrinkle Eraser and they completely (though temporarily) vanish! It can be used for such more than just obliterating wrinkles over time – it has Arctic Sea Buckthorn to plump, moisturize and revitalize skin!
There you have it! Although I have since added some mascara ( in the photo below) after dropping my child off for school, I swear by the beauty fixes above to help me get out the door in record time those crazy mornings when I have no time to primp…..now I think I will go back to bed.
