I received a bottle of Legendary Apothecary’s Smooth Feet to review, and I keep it beside my bed to apply just before I go to sleep. (This is usually right after my evening shower, so my feet are still a bit damp when I use it.) I apply one dropper full of this amazing formula to the bottom of each foot (one at a time, of course) and massage my entire foot gently from bottom to top, until my entire foot has been treated. I then put on my socks, which are usually a light cotton sock to sleep in. The sock helps to keep the product from getting onto my sheets, and helps the oil sink into my skin. Oh, and did I mention that it smells really nice? The oil has a pleasant, uplifting and fresh fragrance.
