My thoughts: I was sent a bottle of Gloss & Toss® Shine serum as well as a one month supply of Gloss & Toss® hair & nail supplements to review. I use the serum throughout my damp hair after washing it, and I let it air dry. I have never quite encountered a product that creates such lustrous shine in my hair without greasiness. It is so glossy that I get compliments on my beautiful hair. AS for the supplements, I have been taking them for about a month now. I take two capsules each day with breakfast.
