For each compound, PhosphOmega contains lower amounts than the minimal standards set by the two governing bodies: the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) and Global Organization for EPA and DHA omega-3s (GOED).
PhosphOmega also includes 100 mcg of Astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant that supports a healthy inflammatory response, skin health during sun exposure, joint health and eye health. Astaxanthin
