Metta Murdaya, Yoshiko Roth, Jill Sung and Tami Chuang, four creative, culturally- diverse young women with a follow-your-dream mentality shared a vision to build a brand that combined their Western upbringing with their Asian ancestry and turned it into a passion for results-driven skincare. Together, they founded JUARA, an east-meets-west Indonesian line of treatments, reminiscent of the ancient spa experience, relevant to the savvy, conscientious person of today.

I was sent samples of Juara Skin Care to review.
I received samples of Candlenut Body Creme, Candlenut Body Polish, Rice Facial Cleanser, Clove Flower & Tumeric Serum, and Sweet Black Tea & Rice Facial Moisturizer.
I used the Candlenut Body Polish in my shower and I loved how the natural shell grains worked to scrub away dead skin cells, leaving my skin feeling utterly soft. I especially focused on my elbows, knees and heels. After my shower, I applied the Candlenut Body Creme all over my body while I was still a bit damp, to seal in moisture. My skin felt pampered and beautifully soft.
I absolutely love the Rice Facial Cleanser. It smells wonderful and really cleanses my face, removing all of my makeup and impurities from my skin. It is very gentle, but truly gets the job done. After cleansing, I apply the amazing Clove Flower & Tumeric Serum, all over my face, neck and chest area. After it absorbs (about 2 minutes later) I then liberally apply the Sweet Black Tea & Rice Facial Moisturizer onto my face, neck and chest area as well. My skin is left radiant and renewed. The moisturizer absorbs very nicely and my skin feels rejuvenated.
