Sustained Hydration
Chia is a staple in Achiva’s products. Since these little seeds can absorb nine times their weight in water, they gel up. This gel won’t pass through you as quickly as water or sports drink will. The result is more sustained hydration than you will get from other products.
Natural Electrolytes
Achiva does not add any chemically produced ingredients to their products in order to increase the electrolyte content. Coconut water and fruit juice powders provide an electrolyte combo that is similar to the leading electrolyte

Chocolate Brownie Mix
It does not get any simpler than this. Just add water to this mix and bake for 30 minutes. The result is a gluten free, vegan, chewy and flavorful piece of chocolate heaven.
My Experience: I substituted coconut water in this brownie mix for added nutritional content. Making these brownies is so easy and they are so yummy! They are perfectly moist and chewy. My family loves them!
Achiva
For a tasty beverage, you mix this drink mix with water. Put it in your water bottle for an on-the-go energy drink, or add less water and enjoy it as an energy gel. Substitute milk and it becomes a yummy pudding. The primary ingredient is chia seeds, and so they do not completely dissolve in any liquid.
My Experience: I received a variety of flavors to try out.My favorite flavors are Mango and Pomegranate. I mixed a pack of this drink mix into an 8 oz. bottle of water and shook it up really well. It has a pleasant taste, but it has quite a gel texture. That is because chia seeds do not dissolve. The gel is what makes chia seeds special. I usually wait 15 minutes after shaking it to drink it so that it has a smoother taste. It may not be pleasant for everyone, but the energy I have found by drinking this miracle concoction is amazing! I can go all day long and I feel absolutely wonderful. I no longer rely on sugary sports drinks for hydration or energy.
Achiva Energy Chews

My Experience: I have started to go running on the roads around my home and I have never had the energy to do this before. I have been wanting to exercise more in the new year, so I decided to take my Achiva Energy Chews right before my morning run last week. I found that after a little getting used to, that they taste pretty good. I then drank an 8 oz . bottle of water. After waiting 15 minutes for the energy to kick in, off I went. I found that I was able to actually run longer and farther than I had before. My stamina was amazing and I did not tire out as quickly as I had before. I even had energy throughout the rest of my day!
