As suggested, I make myself a smoothie every morning with a scoop of Macro Greens mixed with my favorite fruit smoothie. Macro Meal has EVERYTHING my body needs to function! I wish I had known about this product long ago. My favorite way to take my Macro Meal is to add two scoops of the powder into a blender with almond milk and ice. I love every one of the flavors, but I think the chocolate is my favorite.
