My Experience: I received samples of “Be Skinny” to review. While my two samples were not enough to make a substantial impact on my weight loss goals, I was impressed by the flavor. It was not difficult to swallow, while some supplements tend to make me gag. The flavor was pleasant. I took it in the morning, 45 minutes before I ate breakfast. I noticed that I wasn’t very hungry and did eat much less. I usually eat a bowl of oatmeal and could not even get through half.
The rest of the day, I just did not crave anything whatsoever and had to remember to eat my next meal. I actually made it to dinner without getting hungry and ended up having a small salad. I felt very satisfied and not deprived at all while taking “Be Skinny.”
