I have been using my Orion LED Light Therapy Device for about two months now. I try to use it every day, and my favorite time to use it is while I am watching a movie, or reading a book. All I do is hover it over a small area of my face or neck for three minutes at a time before I move on to the next area. It has a self timer, which beeps when the three minutes is up.
