If only I could go back in time and warn my sun-worshipping teenage self about the dangers of spending so much time soaking up those rays! I would tell my young (although beautifully bronzed) self that the damage I was doing to my skin isn’t worth it.

Since it is summertime, and I plan to spend a lot of time outdoors, I have been taking one Sunsafe RX capsule every morning.
