My Experience: I just finished reading this book and I am excited to give this new lifestyle of eating less and losing weight a try. No more excuses! I know that I could stand to lose 15 pounds. The author gives me a food plan to follow,recipes to try and teaches me how to (begrudgingly) incorporate exercise into my daily life and keep a journal of my thoughts, feelings and progress. Like I said, I have NO excuses not to lose weight with everything laid right out for me on how to accomplish it. (Except for me it is procrastination.)
