Yummy! I LOVE Tiger’s Milk Bars. They are my very favorite nutrition bar. I have definitely found that my energy level goes up, and my ‘need’ for snacking later in the day decreases. I do believe that Tiger’s Milk Bars help me to maintain my weight, because they round out my nutritional needs and I am not lacking anything, so I do not eat more.
Also, my daughter, fourteen-year- old Kendi is on the varsity cheerleading team at her school and she stashes Tiger’s Milk Bars in her bag for quick-pick-me-ups before and after practice. Perfect!
