Facial-Flex® was originally developed to help rehabilitate patients with facial burns. Broader rehabilitation applications were quickly identified, and the device has been used to help patients with speech and language issues, facial nerve disorders, strokes, TMJ, and more. From there, Facial-Flex® moved into the area of pure exercise for the face, neck, and chin. We continue to explore new applications for Facial-Flex® through cooperative research with major universities and expert healthcare providers.
Facial Flex is Easy to use! See the instructional video below. (It is kind of long and outdated, but it will show you how it works.)
Instructions:
1. Open your mouth wide and keep it open during the exercise.
2. Place the Facial Flex horizontally between the corners of your mouth.
3. Push with the corners of your mouth against the resistance of the Facial-Flex to form an “O.” (Keep facial muscles tightened.)
4. Hold for about two seconds.
5. Repeat.
My Experience: I want my face to look as young as possible for as long as possible. I intrigued when I read online about Facial-Flex and I wanted to give it a try. I was so excited when I found out that I would be able to review it! I was worried about getting “jowls.” After using the Facial-Flex for four months, I have noticed that my jaw line has really firmed up. My neck also looks a lot firmer. I am loving this amazing product!
