Winter is officially here which means it’s time to book that tropical getaway. When traveling, you’re literally “up in the clouds” so it is important to stay hydrated. Stale, re-circulated air on planes can leave skin feeling dry and parched. Frequent flyers often carry little spritz bottles of water to keep skin moisturized, but what about your lips? They are often forgotten, yet lips are just as prone to becoming dry and chapped as the rest of your skin.
How can you help take care of every inch of you while you’re up in the air?
- Drink plenty of water. Spritz your face with a spray bottle filled with cool water, but remember to follow up with a facial moisturizer to help lock in the moisture. The longer the flight, the more often you will need to do this.
