You’ve been underestimating your Philip B. favorites!

Although Philip B. products are well known for what they can achieve for the hair and scalp, we’ve dug a little deeper into what these formulas can do beyond what they promise on their labels! It’s time to rethink the way you spray, lather and dab.


MEET THE MULTITASKERS:


Peppermint & Avocado Volumizing & Clarifying Shampoo ($28): It’s known for leaving scalps tingly clean. But high levels of naturally antiseptic peppermint oil make it a genius makeup-brush cleaner.



I absolutely love this shampoo! It makes my hair feel so very deep-down clean. I love the minty tingle on my scalp. It definitely strips away all build-up, yet does not remove the natural oils of my hair.

Oud Royal Forever Shine Shampoo ($75): This leaves hair – along with your favorite cashmere sweaters – soft and superluxe. (Cashmere’s woven from hair shorn from cashmere goats’ underbellies.)
Rejuvenating Oil ($30) & Lovin’ Leave-In Conditioner ($26): Perennial bestsellers, these leave your hair soft, piece-y and frizz-free. But they work wonders on parched skin, too—especially elbows & knees.


Russian Amber Imperial Shampoo ($140): This vitamin-dense cleanser gives you incredibly full, shiny-smooth hair. Due to its healing properties, a prominent burn doctor even orders it for his patients.


Katira Hair Masque ($40): The unique, clear-gel conditioner smoothes coarse or curly hair, leaving it bouncy and lush. Worked through damp hair, it makes blowouts unbelievably soft and swingy. Bonus: It can be used as a strong hold gel for sleek, slicked-back looks.


This hair masque is wonderful! After shampooing, I leave it in my hair for about ten minutes until it kind of feels ‘crunchy’ in my hair, like styling gel. After rinsing, my hair is amazingly soft, silky and perfectly hydrated. My son uses it on his curly hair as a gel to keep his tresses nice and tame.
Anti Flake Relief Shampoo ($35): To itchy, flaking scalps, this delivers lasting relief. And used in the shower as a spot treatment for dry skin, psoriasis or “chicken skin” on the upper arms, it’s just as brilliant.

I have psoriasis on the very back of my scalp. When I am shampooing, I add this shampoo onto my affected area and just massage it in really well for about three minutes. It has worked miracles on my psoriasis. I have not had any flaking at all since I have been using this product. My daughter swears by it for her dry scalp, too. It works so much better than any dandruff shampoo we have ever tried.
Russian Amber Imperial Dry Shampoo ($40): A cult favorite, this lends limp hair major volume and a powdery-clean feel. With its luxe mix of essential oils, it makes a gorgeous room fragrance, too.
I am completely smitten with this dry shampoo. It is so unbelievably amazing! When my hair needs a quick pick-me-up, or looks oily and flat, I spray this product into my dry hair. First of all, it doesn’t make my hair look white like some dry shampoos. Secondly, it has a wonderful cooling feeling! It gives my hair beautiful texture without the residue that other texturizing products give me. My hair is left looking très chic and voluminous! This is the best dry shampoo I have ever used.
Oud Royal Thermal Spray ($25) & Mega Curl Enhancer ($50): These leave-in treatments protect your hair while leaving it super-soft and glossy – plus, they double as good-for-you body lotions in a pinch .
I often flat iron my hair, so this thermal protection spray has been heaven sent. I apply it to my damp hair and wait for it to air dry before straightening my hair. My hair looks so glossy and sleek.

My girls love this Mega Curl Enhancer. It makes their curls look like beautiful ringlets!
