Staying hydrated for healthier skin is not a myth. When you drink enough water, your body can use the water for essential functions and has enough left to keep the skin healthy and moisturized.

Also, when you do not take enough water, the dehydration will cause your skin to look dull and flaky. Stay hydrated by taking at least 2 liters of water every day.

Have a Good Skin Care Routine

As you grow older, you need to supplement the body’s effort to maintain a youthful look. The basic skincare routine includes; moisturizing to keep water in the face, exfoliating to get rid of dead cells and dirt, and using protein supplements.
