Can you believe that the Holidays are right around the corner? I really don’t want to be thinking about them already, but the fact is that they are coming. This time of year, it seems everyone is strapped for time. Among Friend’s Baking Mixes can certainly help you to make delicious baked goods that taste better than homemade.

I have never been much a baker, so I am always on the lookout for recipes and/or mixes that will allow me to quickly create something yummy.

Making these cookies was so easy! All I needed was an egg, 4 Tbsps of butter and 1 Tsp of vanilla. I just hand mixed it all together. You can see all of the cranberries and chocolate chips in the mix.
After putting them in the oven for 7-9 minutes, they turned out perfect! They were delicious and my entire family approved!
