It’s true! I need to lose some weight. My goal is to lose 23 pounds. Sadly enough and I hate to admit it, but I am currently tipping the scales at 148 lbs. My goal weight is 125 lbs. Below is the most recent picture of me, taken Easter weekend. I am standing between my sisters. My sister on the left just had a baby and she is much slimmer than I am.
My sister on the right is older than I am and has six children. I outweigh each one of them by about ten pounds.
My biggest problem is my stomach. I have a huge spare tire around my middle which makes for a very unattractive muffin-top. I am so very sick of being so out of shape. My clothing looks terrible on me! I want to make a change, so I am taking part in a 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
