My Experience: I usually take these products into the shower with me. After my face its wet, I add at least a tablespoon worth of the Cleansing Renewal Face Rub into the palm of my hand and apply it all over my face, neck and chest area (carefully avoiding my eye area) rubbing in a circular motion for about three minutes.
