Here are a few of my favorite mocktail recipes, perfect for Dry January:
FLUÈRE RASPBERRY MOJITO
- 60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Raspberry
- 10 ml | 1/3 oz Lime juice
- 15 ml | ½ oz Simple syrup
- 8 mint leaves
Top up with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig and lime wheel.
FLUÈRE RASPBERRY COLLINS
- 60 ml | 2 oz FLUÈRE Raspberry
- 20 ml | 2/3 oz Simple Syrup
- 30ml | 1 oz lemon juice
Pour all the ingredients into a highball. Fill with ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with raspberries.
FLUÈRE SMOKED AGAVE PALOMA
- 50 ml | 1 ¾ oz FLUÈRE Smoked Agave
- 15 ml | ½ oz Lime Juice
Top with Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with Grapefruit or lime.
DAMRAK VIRGIN & TONIC
- 1 part Damrak Virgin
- 3 parts Tonic Water
- 1-2 Orange slices
Fill a copa glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Damrak Virgin and top with tonic. Garnish with two orange slices. Stir briefly. Add a sprig of rosemary or a slice of ginger for best flavor.
