Summer is here, and it isn’t too late to get into shape! Although I joined a gym at the beginning of the year, life has been so busy, that I haven’t gone to work out as much as I had hoped. Thankfully, there are exercises I can do at home with help from King Athletics fitness equipment.
King Athletics’ focus is on promoting health and fitness as the main source of well being and happiness. They believe that motion, sports, exercise, and fitness are essential in living healthy, joyful and satisfied lives.

Here are my favorite fitness tools from King Athletics:
Exercise Loop Stretch Resistance Bands– These tough, durable bands simply will not break. You can use them for strength training exercise — chest presses, rows, shoulder presses, tricep extensions, bicep curls, and even squats — without the need for heavy weights . I use them to work out my arms.
Also, these bands are most preferred for physical and sports therapy. They are used for rehabilitation of joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles in legs, arms, back, neck, for hips, knees, elbows, ankles and shoulders.
Crossfit Jump Rope– This workout jump rope is designed for building endurance, stamina and speed while improving muscles tone throughout your entire body. I love jumping rope at home in the privacy of my own home, where no one can see me sweat! I get in a pretty good cardio workout, and I can tell that my legs are really getting strong!
Lacrosse Massage Balls– Nothing beats a good massage after you have worked your muscles! This Muscle Roller Ball Set is effective for deep tissue muscle massaging and is quickly becoming the most popular treatment for back, neck and shoulder pain. This highly efficient trigger point therapy method will relax muscles, eliminate knots, relieve tension and stress. These lacrosse style rubber balls are firmer than tennis balls and therefore more effective in releasing pressure from trigger point areas.
I usually heat them in the microwave for 40 seconds. I enjoy rolling the balls around under my feet on the floor to soothe them after running. I also love to lie on my stomach and have my husband roll them around my back and between my shoulder blades. It feels so good!
