April 16, 2014 by Juliann Leave a Comment

BioTerra Herbs™ is a revolutionary brand that provides healthy, drug-free supplements help the natural healing basis for an assortment of symptoms as well as your overall health and vitality.

With the mantra, “Life has hurdles…go herbal!” BioTerra Herbs incorporates all organic, natural ingredients within their supplements ranging from Astragalus to Chinese Rhubarb.

BioTerra Herbs comes in bottles and travel packs specified per symptom, including “z-z-z”, “achoo”, and “belch” to name a few. Each bottle and travel pack is saturated to ail a specific symptom one is feeling with natural ingredients.

These products will revolutionize the supplement world, allowing individuals to make an easy and healthy decision when they are feeling down. Bottles come with a 30-day supple (60 vegetarian capsules) and travel packs with a 5-day supply (10-20 vegetarian capsules).

I was sent samples of three of BioTerra Herbs top selling supplements. I received Stress… gahh, Digestion… belch, and Snoring… shush to review.

Stress… gahh

We all know it well. It’s an unfortunate part of our everyday life and, let’s be honest, it SUCKS. We are faced with ultimate juggling act of “this assignment is due in 10 minutes”, you promised to bring cupcakes to the kids’ school fundraiser, and your phone is swimming in the toilet. We don’t know if it is possible for someone to spontaneously combust from stress overload but we don’t want to find out! Relax. We’ll give you a second in paradise.

Herbs it contains:

  • Bupleurum (root)
    Latin name: Bupleurum chinense.
  • Dong Quai (root body)
    Latin name: Angelica sinensis.
  • Chinese Peony (root without bark)
    Latin name: Paeonia lactiflora.
  • Bai-zhu Atractylodes (rhizome)
    Latin name: Atractylodes macrocephala.
  • Poria (sclerotium)
    Latin name: Wolfiporia cocos.
  • Tree Peony (root bark)
    Latin name: Paeonia suffruticosa.
  • Gardenia (fruit)
    Latin name: Gardenia augusta.
  • Peppermint
    Latin name: Mentha x piperita.
  • Ginger (fresh rhizome)
    Latin name: Zingiber officinale.
  • Licorice (root & rhizome)
    Latin name: Glycyrrhiza echinata.

My Experience: I have been taking Gahh… for about one week now. I take two tablets in the morning before I start my busy day. Let’s just say it must be a ‘miracle drug’ because my husband was out of town, I was stuck home with three kids and I had PMS….AND I DID GREAT!!!!!! No stress at all! Coincidence?

 Digestion… belch

Let’s talk about that (not so) great experience after you indulge in an ever-so-pleasing, heavier-than-your-house meal sent from the gods. You know, that bloated “ughhh” feeling, like you’re a busted can of biscuits? Yep, we know it well, too. There’s no need for you to hire that forklift to roll yourself out of here (because, let’s be honest, walking is definitely out of the question). We’re here to relieve that uncomfortable episode of I-think-I-might-pop in a natural way.
Herbs it contains:

  • Betelnut Palm (seed)
    Latin name: Areca catechu.
  • Chinese Rhubarb (root & rhizome)
    Latin name: Rheum palmatum.
  • Orange (young fruit)
    Latin name: Citrus sinensis.
  • Sparganium (rhizome)
    Latin name: Sparganium eurycarpum.
  • Zedoary (rhizome)
    Latin name: Curcuma zedoaria.

My Experience: I gave belch a try after I over indulged in pizza the other day. (Yes, when my husband was out of town and I did not want to cook.) I took two tablets and I swear, I felt relief very quickly. I did not even get a stomach ache. It was awesome and I wanted to eat more pizza, but then I remembered my thighs and it was no longer a temptation.

Snoring… shush

What do car alarms, a jackhammer and your Aunt Mildred (the one who shamelessly talks throughout the entire movie) have in common? They are loud and annoying. You know what else fits in with this cluster of obnoxious sounds? Snoring! Ever wake yourself up with your own snoring? (Just me? …well that’s embarrassing). Even if you don’t hear it, everyone else does! This little bottle is your loved one’s new best friend. Everyone deserves a good (and quiet) night’s sleep, so show some love and silence the beast.

Herbs it contains:

  • Cassia (bark)
    Latin name: Cinnamomum aromaticum.
  • Gambir (dried extract of leaf and twig)
    Latin name: Uncaria gambir.

My Experience: I do not snore. I am a perfect woman. Just kidding about the perfect part, but I don’t snore. At least I have never been told that I do. On the other hand, my husband does snore. He snores loud and he snores loooong. My remedy for that over the course of our marriage is that I wear earplugs every single night. (When our babies were little I did not wear earplugs so that I could hear the baby, and got zero sleep due to the intense roaring of my hubby in his slumber.) Anyway, I have not given my husband the shush supplements yet. I simply forgot because he was out of town, but I will, I promise. Even if I cannot hear him snore because of my earplugs, I am curious to see if these supplements will help my husband get a better night’s rest.
