Married couple and company co-founders Rose Correa (from Brazil) and Shane Lindner (from Connecticut) met in San Francisco in 2019 while volunteering on a social project. Roses’ sensitivities to harmful and ineffective skincare and her ancestral connection to the Amazon Rainforest are the foundation for what would become Amazonian SkinFood.

I was given the opportunity to review the Superfruit Facial Oil. When it comes to my own skincare routine, I try and choose brands that have natural, non-toxic ingredients. Amazon Skinfood’s Superfruit Facial Oil is the perfect facial oil for me. It contains natural vitamin C, plus a natural Retinol alternative. I use it on my face, neck and decolletage after cleansing both morning and night. I love the way it sinks into my skin without being too greasy. It completely nourishes my skin with ingredients that my skin hungers for and leaves my skin ultra-soft and radiant. I have only been using this oil for a week, and it has already made my skin so supple and beautiful. I especially love how it plumps out the lines on my neck and makes them less noticeable.
