When I recieved my sample of Kiddy Balm in the mail yesterday, I immedietly opened it and gave it a good sniffing.  I noticed that it immediately opened my sinuses.  (I happened to have a stuffy nose that day.)  It was not too strong of a smell, but it definitely helped.  I went on to read on the package that it helps not only stuffy noses, but it takes the itch away from bug ...
