I have been using SeneGence’s Facial Resurfacer for about a month now. It is the only exfoliator that I use. This product has proven to be the best exfoliator I have ever had the pleasure of trying.
I use it in my shower for my face, neck and chest. It works better than anything I have ever used to remove dull, dead skin for a glowing complexion. I had recently had some sort of a breakout, which left tiny bumps everywhere on my chest and breasts. I decided to see if SeneGence’s Facial Resurfacer could help me to get rid of those annoying bumps. I applied a small amount (about the size of a Hershey’s Kiss) to the palm of my hand and gently massage it across my damp skin, rubbing in circular motion. It is interesting, because this product is BLACK, and it appears that I am using mud on my body! It feels so good on my skin, I can feel it working to remove layers of dead skin cells. It feels like a soothing, spa-like experience. A little goes a long way, and I kept working the extra product onto my shoulders and arms, too.
You have to make certain that you rinse very thoroughly. This is a concentrated product, and if you do not rinse well, you will find a little bit of grittiness hidden in your body crevasses. (I actually had to go back into the shower, and re-rinse.)
After rinsing and drying off my skin, I was completely amazed at how soft my skin was! I was shocked that my previously bumpy skin was as smooth as a baby’s bottom! My skin care products that I used after my shower seemed to sink into my skin much more efficiently, without that dead skin barrier. The softness and smoother texture of my skin was above and beyond my expectations. It not only removes surface impurities, it also unclogs my pores and removes roughness. It is also perfect to prepare the skin for flawless sunless tanning products.
