I have always been guilty of not drinking enough water on a daily basis. In fact, I got my first kidney stone last year, and the doctor said that it was due to my body being in a constant state of dehydration! That really opened my eyes and I learned how important drinking water is for my body to function properly. My Vidl water bottle is the perfect solution for me to help remind me to drink more water. For one thing, it is a beautiful bottle- with my name one one side and my blog’s name on the other, I can’t stop admiring it. I love the fact that I can change out the storage base so that my water bottle coordinates with whatever I am wearing. (That might not be a big deal to some people, but I think it is awesome! I love to have my accessories match!)

And I have daily medications, vitamins and supplements that I need to take at certain times of the day, and the interchangeable storage base makes it easy for me to remember to take my medications and to keep them accessible. This way, I never forget to take my meds!
